Telling a design story

Hi, I’m Abdelrhman. A bay area (CA) based designer. I believe that technology should make our lives easier/ better not to add more stress to it. 

I’ve always been interested in the idea of designing things, I guess since that trip I took with my family to Austria in 7th grade and how my breath was taken by their art and architecture, the idea of having “design” surround you everywhere you go sparked my interest in design & aesthetics.

Working in the architecture field for a decade helped me understand how important it is to always bring it back to the user's needs while meeting the client’s expectations & needs. It also helped me develop an eye for detail for small things that have a huge impact.

For me the idea of using my design abilities to have an impact (small or big) on peoples’ lives, and making life easier-better-prettier for people. Especially if it’s something that’s being used daily, That’s what keeps me going and motivates me to do what I do.
